Every answer shows where it came from.

Citations down to the page

Each sentence in an answer carries a small red number. The number names the document, the section and the page, and hovering it shows the exact passage the sentence was written from. Click through and the source opens at that spot, in the system it already lives in.

If you can't check it, you can't trust it.

An answer about leave, money or a client contract has consequences. People need to see the clause before they act on it, and so does the auditor who asks later. Ashsyn makes checking take one hover instead of one afternoon.

You only get answers from what you could already open.

Ashsyn does not keep its own idea of who can see what. It reads the sharing settings in Drive, SharePoint, Confluence and Notion, and checks them again each time someone asks.

How is this different from searching the drive?

Search returns a list of files and leaves the reading to you. Ashsyn reads the relevant passages across every connected source, writes the answer in a few sentences, and shows exactly where each sentence came from.

What happens when two documents disagree?

Both are cited, with their titles and dates, and the answer says that they disagree. It doesn't pick a winner silently. The usual fix is to retire the older document, which the admin view makes easy to spot.

Can someone see an answer from a folder they don't have access to?

No. Access is checked against the source system on every question. If a person can't open a document in Drive, SharePoint, Confluence or Notion, it is not used, quoted or named in their answer.

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

Yes. Text is read from the page images, so scanned policies and signed contracts can be cited down to the page.

Are our documents used to train AI models?

Your documents and questions are never used to train models for other customers.

How long does the trial last?
