What it reads	Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files in the shared drives and folders you select.
Permissions it follows	File and folder sharing, shared drive membership, link sharing within your domain.
Left out	Files shared from outside your organisation, unless you include them.

What it reads	Document libraries on the sites you select, and OneDrive folders shared into them. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and text files.
Permissions it follows	Site, library, folder and item permissions, including Microsoft Entra ID groups.
Left out	Personal OneDrive files that are not shared, and list items without documents.

What it reads	Pages, blog posts and attachments in the spaces you select, with page history used to cite the current version.
Permissions it follows	Space permissions and page restrictions.
Left out	Archived spaces and draft pages.

What it reads	Pages and database entries shared with the Ashsyn integration, including properties such as owner and status.
Permissions it follows	Workspace, teamspace and page sharing.
Left out	Pages not shared with the integration.

Ready on upload

What it reads	PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and TXT files up to 200 MB each. Scanned pages are read with text recognition so they can be cited by page.
Permissions it follows	Set when uploading: the whole company, chosen groups or chosen people.
Left out	Password-protected files.

Every hour

What it reads	Messages and attachments in shared mailboxes such as hr@ or finance@ on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Cited by sender and date.
Permissions it follows	Mailbox membership. Personal mailboxes are never connected.
Left out	Messages older than the window you set, by default 3 years.
