Refund Policy.
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can check answers against your own documents before paying anything.
01Free trial
The trial needs no card and is never charged. If you don't choose a plan, nothing is billed.
02Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from the admin settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and the workspace stays available until then. Partial months are not refunded.
03Annual plans
Annual plans can be cancelled for a pro rata refund of the unused months within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
After 30 days, an annual plan runs to the end of its term and is not renewed if cancelled before the renewal date.
04Changes in headcount
People are counted when they ask at least one question in a billing month. If fewer people ask than you paid for in advance, the difference is credited to the next invoice.
05Service problems
If the service is unavailable for an extended period or a change materially reduces what you pay for, you can cancel and receive a pro rata refund for the unused period, regardless of plan.
06How to request a refund
Send a request through the contact page with your workspace name and the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
