Terms of Service.

01The service

Ashsyn connects to document sources you choose and answers questions from those documents, with citations to the passages used. Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page.

02Workspaces and accounts

• A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Its admins control sources, members and settings.
• You are responsible for keeping sign in details secure and for activity under your accounts.
• Accounts are for named individuals and may not be shared.

03Free trial

A trial lasts 14 days for up to 20 people. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If you don't, the workspace and its data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

04Your data

You keep all rights to your documents, questions and answers. You grant us only the rights needed to provide the service to your workspace.

You confirm that you have the authority to connect each source and that doing so complies with your own policies and obligations.

Your documents and questions are not used to train models for other customers.

05Answers and citations

Answers are generated from your documents and are only as accurate and current as those documents. Citations are provided so answers can be checked. Answers are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and important decisions should be confirmed against the cited source.

06Acceptable use

• Do not connect sources you are not authorised to connect.
• Do not try to bypass permissions, access other workspaces, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not use the service to store or process unlawful content.
• Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

07Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed per person per month, in advance, for monthly or annual periods. A person is counted when they ask at least one question in a billing month. Fees exclude taxes. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces the service you pay for, you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund for the unused period.

09Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time from the admin settings. We may suspend or close a workspace for serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where possible. On closure, workspace data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
