Who counts as a person?
Anyone who asks at least one question in a billing month. Admins who only manage sources and settings are not counted.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and keep everything as it is. If you don't, the workspace and its index are deleted 14 days after the trial ends.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply at once and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the month. Annual plans can be refunded pro rata within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
How do we pay?
By card on monthly and annual plans. Company and Enterprise annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
